War on Terror
| We are against the war and in favor of bringing the troops home gradually so as not to cause a sense of total abandonment in the Middle East. One of the reasons we are against the war is because of the effect it has on families. Just imagine being a three of four year old child and being raised by just one parent or some other family member because one or both of your parents are serving overseas. Also think about how some people feel when they get the news of a loved one being killed while fighting for the country, this type of thing can actually tear families apart. |
