Education

Education has been a rising issue, especially here in Plainfield.

Children should have the right to choose what school they would like to attend. If a child is not happy at the school that they are attending or are not excelling at that school they should be able to chose a different school.

No Child Left Behind is leaving the schools behind by taking away money from the schools that don't score high enough on tests.

School programs will also be improved. Class sizes will be decreased so the student teacher ratio will be smaller.

Students in grades K-12 should not be given standardized tests. It puts too much pressure on young children.

The price of college is ridiculous and prices should be lowered so that more average working class people can attend college, as well as upper class workers.

Don't YOU want a president that can laugh?
